2.) If you decide to bid for it, email the buyer/bidder(s) NRIC copy (front and back) – you may cross your NRIC as “ FOR AUCTION in xxxxx , puchong /condo ONLY” email to: jlychin@gmail.com

2.) If you decide to bid for it, email the buyer/bidder(s) NRIC copy (front and back) – you may cross your NRIC as “ FOR AUCTION in xxxxx , puchong /condo ONLY” email to: jlychin@gmail.com

3.) Get a copy of POS(Proclamation of Sales) and conduct necessary searches on the subject property.
4.) Prepare deposit by BANKER CHEQUE / BANK DRAFT ( either 5% or 10% of reserve price [will update bidder by us]) and wait for the auction day. Set a maximum budget for the bid.
5.) Attend the auction and participate in bid. (Representative needs to fill in a separate form)
6.) For successful bidder, additional deposit(by cash) is needs to be paid to top-up the difference between the earlier deposit and the 5% or 10% of the Successful Purchase Price.
7.) Financing can be arranged after the bid.
